Potatoes - General
Potatoes are one of the most versatile Vegetables
Listed here are some ways of cooking them without the need for recipes
There are also a number of recipes to help with some of the ways
Boiled Potatoes - Use new or waxy potatoes they don't fall apart
Chips or rissolé - Use floury potatoes that go crispy
Rissolé - Add lardons for last 8 minutes for added flavour
Sauté - Parboil slices for 8-10 minutes first to ensure they are cooked
Chorizo sauté - Fry sliced chorizo, remove chorizo and sauté in the fat, add chorizo for last minute
