Swedish Meatball Sauce
Use any fresh or frozen meatballs
It is all about the sauce

450ml of beef stock
2 tbsp of creme fraiche
2 heaped tsp of cornflour disolved in a little milk
a splash of Soy Sauce
a splash of WorcesterSauce
freshly ground black pepper
sprig of Rosemary

Simply add all of the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until thickened
Stir the sauce while simmering to keep it smooth
Pour over the meatballs for the last part of their cooking
