Smoked Salmon Mousse
Tasty Salmon mousse
Can be served in individual ramekins / amuse bouche dishes or as a dip
Serve with melba toast or crackers or a nice cereal bread
Can also be made with drained tinned Tuna in brine
Preparation Time : 10 Minutes plus chilling for a couple of hours

For 4 persons 150 grams cream cheese with fine herbs (e.g. Lidl Creffe)
100 grams Smoked Salmon
1 tablespoon crème frâiche
salt & pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice.

1. Chop up the smoked salmon into small pieces
2. Put all the ingredients into a suitable basin,, seasoning well
3. Blend together with a hand blender or liquidiser until smooth
4. Put into dishes for serving and chill for a couple of hours
5. Dust with paprika before serving (optional)
