Goats cheese and Jambon Cru Tartines
A great starter or simple light lunch
Serves 4-6
Preparation Time 10 minutes
Cooking Time 10 minutes

Pain aux Céréales
200gr log of goat's cheese
12 slices of Jambon Cru
Herbes de provence
1 Tablespoon Olive oil
Black pepper
Salad to garnish

1. Pre-heat oven 180C
2. Blend the goat's cheese, olive oil, pepper and herbs in a bowl using a fork
3. Divide the mixture into 12 and roll into sausage shapes.
4. Wrap a slice of the ham round each
5. Place them on a baking tray and cook for 5 -10 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times
6. Whilst they are cooking, lightly grill 12 slices of the bread.
7. Place the cooked cheese / ham onto the grilled bread and garnish with salad
