Pate Pinwheels
Tortilla wraps with pate
Any smooth spreadable pate will work

Ingredients
Pack of Tortilla wraps
Pack of smooth pate
Several fine Cornichons


Method
Cut the edges from the Tortillas to make them square
Spread the surface of the tortillas with Pate
Lay a line of Cornichons along one edge of the Tortillas
Roll the Tortillas up from the edge with the Cornichons
(It may need a second wrap to build up to the required size)
Cut the roll into 1cm slices and place on serving platter
