Quantities can be adjusred for the number of servings

Ingredients
125g Unsalted Butter (softened)
125g Icing Sugar
3tbsp Brandy
2tbsp Boiling Water

Method
Cream together the Butter and the Icing Sugar
Beat in the Brandy and the Boiling Water until smooth
Chill until serving
