Cassoulet of Feta and Chorizo
A simple starter with Mediterranean flavours
Easy to prepare and easy on the palette

Ingredients
A drizzle of olive oil
Chorizo sliced into thin slices (choose your preference of chorizo strength)
Feta cheese cut into small cubes
A sprinkle of oregano
A few black olives (stoned)
A few capers


Method
Drizzle the olive oil into the crème brûlée dishes and sprinkle with oregano
Add the chorizo, feta, olives and capers
Put into a preheated Oven 180°C
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until it is bubbling
Serve with baguette or ciabatta
