Smoked Salmon Feuilleté
Delicious hot or cold
Use a single round of pastry folded over for half servings
Also suitable as a starter, served with salad garnish

Ingredients
2 Rounds of Puff Pastry
120 grams Smoked Salmon
Tub of Cream Cheese with herbs
Egg for glazing
Fresh or dried Dill
Sesame seeds
Grated Parmesan Cheese



Method
Place a sheet of baking parchment on a baking tray
Lay the first sheet of pastry on the parchment
Spread a layer of cream cheese on the pastry
Cover the top with a layer of Smoked Salmon
Sprinkle a little dill over the Salmon
Lay the second round of pastry on top and crimp the edges
Coat the top wih egg wash and sprinkle with Parmesan and Sesame
Bake in a pre-heated oven 180°c for 25 minutes or until golden brown
